Merkel has been participated in many political and social affairs namely, leading social coalition and sister party and a member of council of women world leaders. She has received the Charlemagne Prize "for her work to reform the European Union" and has topped “The World's 100 Most Powerful Women” list for five years.






Helen Keller:


Helen Keller was an American author, political activist and lecturer. She was the first deaf blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. A prolific author, Keller was well travelled and was outspoken in her opposition to war. She campaigned for women's suffrage, workers' rights, and socialism, as well as many other progressive causes.
